Trade union is established to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and safeguarding rights is considered as legal duty for it.

There are two main difficulties in safeguarding rights of migrant workers:the lack of rules for managing migrant workers and the workers\' own problems.

This paper constructs the model of the behavior of safeguarding rights by people whose houses will be dismantled according to the external principle and game theory,and then analyzes it.
