| 劳动保护 labour protection 国家和单位为保护劳动者在劳动生产过程中的安全和健康所采取的立法、组织和技术措施的总称。劳动保护的目的是为劳动者创造安全、卫生、舒适的劳动工作条件，消除和预防劳动生产过程中可能发生的伤亡、职业病和急性职业中毒，保障劳动者以健康的劳动力参加社会生产，促进劳动生产率的提高，保证社会主义现代化建设顺利进行。劳动保护的基本内容：①劳动保护的立法和监察。主要包括两大方面的内容，一是属于生产行政管理的制度，如安全生产责任制度、加班加点审批制度、卫生保健制度、劳保用品发放制度及特殊保护制度；二是属于生产技术管理的制度，如设备维修制度、安全操作规程等。②劳动保护的管理与宣传。企业劳动保护工作由安全技术部门负责组织、实施。③安全技术。为了消除生产中引起伤亡事故的潜在因素，保证工人在生产中的安全，在技术上采取的各种措施，主要解决防止和消除突然事故对于职工安全的威胁问题。④工业卫生。为了改善劳动条件，避免有毒有害物质危害职工健康，防止职业中毒和职业病，在生产中所采取的技术组织措施的总和。它主要解决威胁职工健康的问题，实现文明生产。⑤工作时间与休假制度。⑥女职工与未成年工的特殊保护。不包括劳动权利和劳动报酬等方面内容。 |
