In order to construction the first domestic high speed and efficiency strip electrolysis clean unit, the paper researched the mechanism of electrolysis clean and high current density electrolysis clean technology, and analyzed the merits and shortcomings of all kinds of high current density electrolysis clean units and their practice effects.

Directing against the ash clogging problem occurred frequently in operation of the flue gas heat exchanger, the cleaning method and its effectiveness for flue gas heat exchanger of various kinds have been analysed, and situation of applying cleaning facility for flue gas heat exchangers in three power plants being described.

Based on the prepared experiments,the plastic greenhouse cleaning device structure was designed,the size was determinated,and the cleaning prototype was tested.

Besides,having a design of the structure and an analysis of the principle to the cleaning device,at the same time,analysing and calculating the rotary speed of shaft and the speed of lifting decalitre with band in the cleaning process,so as to ascertain the mian motion parameter and guarantee its stability and productivity.
