N 15一6,Pb25一30,Sb3O一35,Aso.5一l,Feo.5~0.8。世界上一些国家一般将锑阳极泥并入铅阳极泥进行火法处理,中国除用火法处理外,还用湿法处理。含金高和含镍、铜量低的锑阳极泥宜用火法处理。湿法处理对物料的适应性较强。 火法处理是将锑阳极泥用浓硝酸浸煮溶去80%一90%的铜、40%一50%的镍,过滤后残渣配入纯碱、石英粉、硼砂、氧化铅及粉煤,在柑祸炉中于1473一1623K温度下熔炼造渣,得贵铅。贵铅再在马弗炉中于1473一1573K温度下熔炼3h后,灰吹贵铅除铅和锑,得含金90%一95%的粗金,金回收率94%一95%。中国益阳锑品冶炼厂开发的从贵锑(一种以含锑为主同时含有铜、镍、铁、铅和金的复杂合金)提金的真空蒸馏法,是把贵锑放入蒸馏器中,在1373K温度和1.33Pa真空度下蒸馏8一12h,获冷凝物含金4.3%一21.5%,金直接回收率达99%。真空提金系统密闭,环境卫生和劳动条件好,操作简单,能源及材料消耗低,经济效益显著。 湿法处理是将锑阳极泥加入酸性介质中,在353K温度下加入氧化剂NaCIO3,将体系氧化还原电位控制在40。一46omV选择浸出其中的贱金属铜、镍和铁,金留在渣中。含金的浸出渣在将体系的氧化还原电位提高到65omv后再次进行选择浸出,使其中的贱金属彻底转入溶液。进入溶液的少量金,用亚硫酸钠还原沉淀析出,与含金沉淀物一起过滤、烘干、铸锭,得纯度为96%一99%的粗金,金回收率在99%以上。 (熊宗国)t 1 yongj旧It一J一门锑阳极泥提金(extraetion ofg。ld fr()n。anti-mony anode slime)从锑阳极泥中回收金的过程,为冶金副产物提金的组成部分。在鼓风炉挥发熔炼含金锑精矿过程中,金富集于前床的粗锑。粗锑再经反射炉氧化吹炼和粗锑电解获得含金锑阳极泥(见锑电解精炼)。锑阳极泥产率为10%一2()%,‘般成分(质量分数。/%)为:Au3一12,Ago.03一(〕.2,c。l()一15.
