主料:米粉、牛肉
辅料:青菜心、香菇
调料:料酒、白糖、盐、鸡精、食用油
做法:
1、将米粉放入开水中浸泡透,捞出沥干水分,牛肉洗净切成薄片,放入器皿中加入盐、鸡精拌匀,青菜心洗净放入开水中焯一下捞出晾凉,香菇泡透,切成小丁蒸透;
2、坐锅点火倒油,油至8成热,放入米粉改用中火煸炒,待米粉炒熟,装入盘中;
3、坐锅点火放油,油至8成热,倒入牛肉片煸炒,放入青菜心、香菇、适量清水,加入料酒、白糖、盐、鸡精炒匀出锅倒在装入米粉上面。
特点:牛肉醇香,米粉滑软。
