性质:又名钩藤碱。结晶体(甲醇)。熔点216℃。旋光度-14.7°(c=2.5,氯仿)。溶于氯仿,尚可溶于丙酮、乙醇、苯,微溶于乙醚和乙酸乙酯,不溶于石油醚。天然存在于茜草科植物钩藤[Uncaria rhynchophylla (Miq. ) Jacks.]等植物中。可用化学合成法制得。本品有抑制呼吸中枢和离体肠管及兴奋大鼠离体子宫,降低血压,抗血小板聚集并有促进已聚集血小板解聚的作用。还能改善红细胞的变形能力,抑制不良因素对红细胞变形能力的损害。临床用于治疗高血压病,对I、II期高血压有一定的疗效。
