性质:制备石墨化纤维的后道工序。一般是在2000~3300℃的氩气气氛中进行,在该过程中分子结构在原碳化基础上,进一步形成类石墨的“乱层结构”,除碳以外的其他杂原子进一步气化而降至1%以下,因此碳纯度较高,纤维模量和耐热性和导电性等随石墨化温度的提高而提高,而强度和伸长率有所下降。
