放射学术语。X线管内X线的发源点,即X线管阳极,接受电子撞击并产生X线的部位。X线管阳极的焦点并非为一个无限小的点,而是具有一定几何学的面积,故又称焦点面。由于X线管阳极靶面实际接受电子撞击的面积与其参与X线几何投影的有效面积不同,故焦点有实际焦点
