On the basis of corrosion in the overhead low-temperature condensation system of the Fractionator of diesel hydrotreating unit of CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,the corrosion media sources,corrosion process and corrosion forms in H_2S-H_2O environment are discussed and effective measures axe proposed.

The corrosion of the critical corrosion sections in the diesel hydrotreating unit in Jinan Refinery was analyzed and monitored, such as HP separator (D - 303), main fractionator (C - 301) and HP air cooler (EC - 301/1 - 4) etc.

The appearance of a failed carbon steel tube on heavy oil hydrogenation equipment was examined by naked eye,and the phase composition,element content and microstructure of the corrosion product on the failed carbon steel were analyzed by x-ray spectrum and SEM,respectively.
