作法:
1.蒜蒿切段、在鱿鱼上加一点食碱,然后再冲干净(口感会好一点)
2.用刀把鱿鱼身体划开一道,摊平,去皮然后切小片
3.锅里烧热放上油,先下鱿鱼片,再放入蒜蒿,一点点的酒和盐
4.出锅前加一点味精炒拌均匀,盛出装盘
