以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺/异丙醇为复合溶剂,利用高压静电纺丝技术制备了EVOH无纺布;分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对EVOH无纺布微观形貌、纤维中的溶剂残留量以及无纺布中纤维的结晶性能进行了研究,结果表明:用DMAc/异丙醇为10∶1的混合体系作溶剂所制得的无纺布,其纤维直径主要分布在80~200nm之间,孔径主要分布在200~500 nm之间;EVOH无纺布的热稳定性及结晶度较EVOH均下降;纺丝液体系中的复合溶剂在电纺后没有全部挥发掉,残留量为2。
