自熔性烧结矿
self-fluxed sinter

2 irongxing shaojiekuang自熔性烧结矿(self一fluxed Sinter)碱度(C ao/S 102)等于高炉炉渣碱度的烧结矿。其碱度一般为。.9~1.2。它的含铁矿物为磁铁矿、赤铁矿,主要钻结相矿物有钙铁橄榄石(eao二·FeOZ一二·5102)、铁酸一钙(CaO·FeZO3)、硅酸二钙(ZCaO·510。)。这种烧结矿的还原性及软熔性较酸性烧结矿好,单独使用该矿冶炼生铁时,可少加熔剂,能使焦比下降、产量上升。但此种烧结矿机械强度差、粉末多,主要由于它的矿物组成复杂,体胀系数各不相同,而其中硅酸二钙系相变矿物在冷却过程中由召型变为y型,体积的膨胀导致烧结矿自然粉化碎裂,特别当使用含5102较高的矿粉烧结时,自然粉化更为严重。由于它的机械强度差、粉末多,对高炉炼铁的进一步强化不利,已逐步为高碱度烧结矿所代替。 (周取定)
