食某些食物后皮肤对光线过敏经强烈日晒而发生的急性皮炎。能使皮肤对光线过敏的食物种类甚多,最多见的是灰菜,即藜 (Chenopodium album),其感光致敏物原未明,可能与卟啉类似,油菜、苋菜、紫云英、槐花和寄生于竹幼茎的子囊菌纲真菌竹黄 (Shiraia bam-busicola)也能引起本病,含卟啉类物质的动物色素也能使皮肤对光过敏,这种情况见于食泥螺后。本病夏秋多见,农村地区发病多于城市。表现为面、手背等暴露部分皮肤,尤其是组织松弛的眼睑、颊、唇、手背,红肿瘙痒,不能睁眼。皮内出血可致瘀点、瘀斑,可出现水疱或合并感染。可有发热、乏力等全身症状,症状于数日内逐渐消退。早期局部可用醋酸铝或高锰酸钾溶液湿敷,红肿缓解后涂肾上腺皮质类固醇激素霜(如氢化可的松霜、肤轻松霜)。重者静脉点滴葡萄糖(加大剂量维生素C),口服肾上腺皮质类固醇制剂。合并化脓性感染者用抗生素。
