应用:
除了挤压摩擦可引起爆炸的危险品外,本机组对大部分干粉物料都可以直接制粒;通过旋转接头对轧辊进行水泠;本机组亦可对热敏性物料进行制粒。
加料方式:
为了使粉在轧辊的全部宽度范围内分布均匀;提高设备的工作能力对轧辊宽度120mm以下的机组采用竖直加料;对轧辊宽度160mm以上的机组采用水平方向双螺杆加料。

干粉直接制粒,无需任何粘结剂。
颗粒的强度可以调整;通过调节轧辊的压力;控制颗粒的强度。

工艺流程图:
原理:
1竖直加料机组
粉状物料由振动料斗经定量送料器;在主加料器搅拌螺旋的作用下脱气并被预压推向两个左右设置的轧辊的弧型槽内;两个轧辊在一对相互齿合的齿轮传动下反向等速转动;粉料在通过轧辊的瞬间被轧成致密的料片;料片通过轧辊后在弹性恢复的作用下脱离轧辊落下;少量未脱落的料片被刮刀刮下。两个轧辊表面轴均布的条状槽防止粉料在被轧辊咬人时的打滑。料片落入破碎整粒机整粒后进入振动筛过筛分级,得到符合要的颗粒产品;筛下细粉返回振动料斗循环制粒。
2水平加料机组
水平加料工艺除了加料方式与竖直加料机组不同外;其工作原理完全相同。在水平加料机组中;粉料由振动料斗进入搅拌器被搅拌脱气后;由定量加料器的螺旋送至两个上下设置的轧辊的弧形槽内并被预压;以后工艺过程和竖直加料机组相同。
