【来源】
为水龙骨科植物戟叶石苇的全草。
【植物形态】
戟叶石苇 附生。根状茎粗而横生，密被黑色透明的薄鳞片。叶基生，叶柄绿色，光滑；叶片戟形，薄纸质，深绿色，无毛，下面生两排圆形淡黄色孢子囊群，位于中脉及叶缘之间。 生于阴湿岩石上。分布西藏等地。
【采集】
孢子囊群成熟时采收。割取地上部分，刷去黄毛，切段，晒干。
【性味】
性平，味苦甘。
【功用主治】
利水通淋，清泄肺热。治肾炎水肿，泌尿系感染，尿道结石，肺热咳嗽，咯血，支气管哮喘，咽喉炎等症。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1.5～3钱。
