宋家下庄社区
村庄由来 明永乐年间，宋氏从云南（山西）大槐树底迁到这里建社区。因当时河北岸有了一个张家下庄，所以该社区以宋姓冠顶，取社区名“宋家下庄”。
政区人口 距中韩街道办事处驻地东南1.6公里，张村河南岸，青银高速公路从社区东穿过。2004年底，有居民239户，645人，多为宋姓，其余为王姓居民。
经济状况 社区居民，世世代代以农耕为主。20世纪八十年代，社区居民们纷纷投资建猪圈、鸡舍，大搞养猪、养鸡业，成了远近闻名的养殖专业社区。每年出栏瘦肉型猪一万多头，存栏数达到6000头。社区还建有煤气站、橡胶制品厂、预制构件厂等集体企业。居民自己创办一批食品加工、机械加工和交通运输队等私营、个体企业。改革开放以来，该社区走农、工、商、畜牧、运输相结合的道路，扶持集体、个体、私营经济的发展。近几年主要种植蔬菜，以供应青岛市民需求，另外在河岸、山坡大量栽植苹果、桃等经济林木，加上社区居民自办饲养场，经济收入门路比较多，且收入多、比较稳定。2004年经济总收入3900万元，农民人均纯收入6200元。
