性质:一种利用氧化锆马氏体相变效应来改善脆性的陶瓷。氧化锆在由四方相向单斜相转变时(即马氏体相变),伴随体积和形状变化。能吸收能量,减缓裂纹尖端的应力集中,阻止裂纹扩展,从而提高材料韧性,包括应力诱导相变增韧、裂纹弯曲增韧和微裂纹增韧。分为稳定氧化锆陶瓷(PSZ)、四方氧化锆多晶体陶瓷(TZP)和氧化锆增韧陶瓷(ZTC)三种。用于增强陶瓷基和金属基复合材料韧性。
