性质:流化床造粒的一种。在造粒器底部引入空气,一方面雾化进料融熔尿素,一方面使器内粒子上下翻动,进行颗粒的逐层涂布,使颗粒成长。日本三井东压东洋工程公司设计的,单机组能力可达1000t/d尿素。产品粒度范围较广,既能生产用于掺混的颗粒尿素(直径2~4mm),又可制得大于5mm用于森林施肥的大颗粒尿素。
