In order to obtain the parameters of resist air rate of air curtain in the lab,the characteristics of air curtain with single fan were tested by changing the fixing angle of fan,cross sectional area of test tunnel,ventilation assistance and so on,and the air curtain of cutting off airflow was applied in the main transport drift in some mine.
研究结果表明:空气幕具有风门隔断风流的作用,阻风率达89%,且其能力与风机的特性参数、巷道的有效断面积等有关,有效断面积增大,隔断风流的能力则减小;与手动风门相比,漏风率可降低25%,有利于提高矿井的有效风量率,改善井下的作业环境。
