The paper discuss some carding technological principles and the selection of major technology parameter for commonchemistry fibre and cotton high count yarn,which rovide scientific basis of the selection of technology parameterfor the cotton mill.

This thesis mainly studies the knitting characteristics of compact-spinning high count cotton yarn on the warp-knitting machine, it analyze the factors that influence the fracture strength and hairiness during the knitting process, and conclude the detailed knitting technology of the compact spinning high count cotton yarn on high performance tricot machine.
