Phenyl 3 methyl 4(O,O diethyl) phosphonyl pyrazole and 1 Phenyl 3 (O,O diethyl) phosphonyl pyrazole and 5 (O,O diethyl) phosphonyl 1,2,3 thiadiazole could be obtained respectively in 30%～92% yields by phosphonyl hydrazones reacting with the vilsmeier reagent(DMF/POCl\-3)and sulphurous oxychloride to form them.
