性质:又称污泥高温处理。是污泥在脱水前进行的调理方法。即在压力(1.01~1.51MPa)下用蒸气加热污泥到180℃,并保持30min,以破坏污泥的凝胶结构,改善污泥的脱水性能。实际运行中可利用处理后污泥所放出的热量来进行污泥的预热。另一种污泥热处理是湿式空气氧化法,它也是一种污泥处置的方法。即在高温(175~315℃)和高压(20MPa)下,用空气将湿污泥中的有机物进行氧化处理。
