用途：用作乳化剂、润湿剂，渗透剂、扩散剂等，也用作绵纶和粘胶帘子张油剂的组分。在聚氨酯泡沫塑料生产中用作乳化剂。食品工业用作冰淇淋乳化剂，用量为0.1%黄油，一般油中加量1%左右。
