性质:它是直接用氧气以气泡状吹送到圆筒中或血袋中,进行气体交换。一般是由氧合柱、去泡室、圆筒或储血袋三部分组成,这种装置体积较小,使用简便、氧合效果较好、用血少,尤其适用于急症手术。缺点是对红血球的破坏大,溶血现象严重,易造成微泡栓塞。另外,去泡室里有用尼龙丝编成的涂有硅油的消泡网,硅油直接进入血液,就会导致中枢神经中毒症状,甚至会造成死亡,故在整个体外循环转流过程中,脱落的硅油量不应大于0.02ml/kg(体重)。
