Solid-liquid state bonding of Si_3N_4 ceramics was conducted with the composite bonding materials composed of Ag-Cu-Ti foils and TiN particles in order to improve the joint strength at high temperature.
为提高陶瓷钎焊接头的高温性能,用Ag-Cu-Ti钎料加TiN颗粒作为复合连接材料在半固态下连接S i3N4陶瓷,测试了TiN体积含量不同时接头在600℃时的抗剪强度,用扫描电镜和能谱探针分析高温剪切断口的形貌和成分。
