原料: 原 料：
鲜蘑菇20个，莴苣2根，熟胡萝卜2根，植物油30克，素鲜汤100克，黄酒，生姜末，湿淀粉，精盐，味精各适量。
制法: （1）大个鲜菇洗净，去根，剞上“米”字形槽口。
（2）莴苣，胡萝卜削皮，切成长1.5厘米段，并削成与蘑菇同样的扁圆形，成“三圆”。
(3)炒锅上火，放油烧至八成热，下三圆煸炒，加生姜末，黄酒，精盐，味精，素鲜汤，烧开后用湿淀粉勾芡，淋上明油即成。
特点: 鲜嫩爽口，清热解毒，健脾化痰，润肠通便。
