Methods: turbidimetry-standard curve,the contents of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),apoprotein A1(APOA1) and apoprotein B(APOB) were detected in 71 workers who exposure silicon dust at a certain iron mine.
方法:以某铁矿矽尘作业工人为调查对象,采用终点法测定矽尘作业工人血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);采用免疫透射比浊-标准曲线法测定载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)和载脂蛋白B(APOB)的血清含量。

性质:血浆脂蛋白的蛋白质组分称为载脂蛋白。主要在肝(部分在小肠)合成,按ABC系统命名,各类又可细分几个亚类,以罗马数字表示(见附表)。载脂蛋白是构成血浆脂蛋白的重要组分,赋予脂类以可溶的形式,而且在血浆脂蛋白代谢中起重要作用:(1)促进脂类运输;(2)调节酶活性;(3)引导血浆脂蛋白同细胞表面受体结合。是功能上极其活跃的一组血浆蛋白质。
