性质:以电感耦合等离子体焰炬为光源的一种原子发射光谱分析法。其利用高频感应加热原理,使氩气电离产生火焰状等离子体,温度可达16 000K。由于温度高,激发能力强,检出限低,精密度好,化学干扰少,谱线自吸收小。从理论上讲,它可用于测定除氩以外的所有元素。近年来,此法获得迅速发展,广泛用于许多领域。
