花胶炖水鸭
用料：
花胶（鱼鳔、鱼肚）300克，水鸭1只（约500克），淮山30克，圆肉15克，生姜2片。
制作方法：
1、水鸭理净，去内脏，斩件；花胶用水浸开，切丝；淮山洗净，用水浸半小时；生姜、圆肉洗净。
2、把全部用料放入炖盅内，加开水适量，炖盅加盖，文火隔开水炖3小时，调味供用。
特点：
益气养血，养阴退热。症见肌热烦渴，胃纳不佳，或面色潮红，虚烦不眠。亦可用于妇女日常养颜之用。
