The result showed that the USY rich in secondary pores or mesopores can be prepared by chemical hydrothermal treatment of NaY under certain conditions, and the secondary pore distribution can be flexibly adjusted to meet the application demand.
采用全自动吸附仪考察了化学超稳分子筛的孔结构,结果表明,NaY分子筛经一定条件改性处理后,可以制得具有发达二次孔结构的超稳分子筛,并且其二次孔分布可以灵活调整,满足不同需要;考察结果还表明:化学脱铝是分子筛造孔的必要条件,水热处理是分子筛造孔的关键步骤。

The results indicate that NHSY has following properties:(1) the aluminum distribution is more homogeneous than USY prepared by hydrothermal treatment and FSEY prepared by treatment with (NH4),SiF6;(2) the framework aluminum defect sites are less than USY and FSEY; (3) the nonframework aluminum content is properly low;(4) the secondary pore system is very developed.
结果表明,NHSY具有Al分布均匀、骨架Al空位少、含非骨架Al少而适量和二次孔体系发达等显著特点。
