性质:深蓝色粉状,溶于水呈蓝色至藏青色溶液,微溶于乙醇和溶纤素,不溶于其他有机溶剂。遇浓硫酸呈艳蓝色,稀释后呈紫色至红光蓝色。其水溶液加浓盐酸生成藏青色沉淀;加氢氧化钠液生成深紫色沉淀。对纤维素纤维染色时,染料吸尽性好,温度在60-80℃时,亲合力最大,拔染性好。

用途:主要用棉、粘胶等纤维素纤维织物的染色,也可用于蚕丝织物的染色。还可用于纸张、生物的染色。
