iiaqiao zuoyeehe架桥作业车(truek一mounted bridge con-Struction set)由专用车辆载运、主要用于架设就便材料低水桥和水面下桥的成套机械化作业器材。属渡河桥梁器材。通常由数辆分别装载和安装有水上、陆上作业装置的越野车辆组成。适于在流速不大于2米/秒、水深6米以内的江河上进行架桥作业。作业装置有打桩门桥、打桩机、拔桩机、起吊设备、移动式电站、电链锯等,有的还有木材加工机械。水上作业主要用打桩门桥完成。打桩门桥上固定有打桩机、拔桩机和吊杆等,用于打桩、拔桩和运送、吊装冠材及上部结构构件。它一次可同时打植4根桩柱,桩柱间隔可在一定范围内调整。其陆上作业装置(作业车)主要用于构筑桥础和岸边桥跨,并配合打桩门桥,依次吊装桥梁上部结构等。架桥作业车设备齐全,机动性好,作业速度高,可节省兵力,降低劳动强度。在有预制构件的条件下,用它从一岸进行架桥作业,每小时可架设低水桥10~巧纵长米。(贾建勋)
