| 墨江云针(Mojiang yunzhen) 针形晒青绿茶之一。产于云南省墨江哈尼族自治县，以外形紧细如针，锋苗挺直，毫芽银白而得名。云针茶采用云南大叶种鲜叶制成，要求一芽一叶占70%，一芽二叶初展30%。用锅炒高温杀青，揉捻理条做菜采用平揉、滚揉、搓揉、碾揉等手法，使茶条挺直紧细如针。干燥用风干或晒干的方法，茶叶出厂前要复烘提香。 |
