用于封闭腭裂手术时在硬、软腭交界处的鼻腔创面。根据鼻腔创面的大小,在健侧腭瓣前部切取与腭大孔穿出的神经、血管束相连的岛状瓣,充分剥离后将其牵至创面缺损处,翻转岛状瓣使其黏膜面向鼻腔并与缺损处的黏膜创缘缝合。
