The effects of(experiment) parameters,such as preload, dynamic load,fiber type and modulus on dynamic viscoelasticities were(investigated).

The assemble type and load of the spindle bearing is analyzed,and the practical example is taken to explain in detail applied preload and its measurement and calculation,the exercisable exact data is given.

The working principle of dielectric elastomer actuator(DEA)is analyzed,and the force-displacement curves of diamond DEA are measured and compared with the total equivalent preload produced by elastic preload parts to determine the elastic preload parts which can make the actuator obtain larger output displacement.
