制备方法:将硫代羰基酰肼盐酸盐溶解在二甲亚砜中,与2-特丁基亚氨基-3,3二甲基丁腈反应1h,冷却至20℃,注入冰水,搅拌1h,乙醇重结晶,得3-硫基-4-氨基-5-亚氨基-6-特丁基-1,2,4-三嗪(熔点181℃)。将其与乙醇、酸在100℃反应2h,冷却至20℃,分离结晶物,过滤,干燥,得3-硫基-4-氨基-6-特丁基-1,2,4-三嗪-5-酮(熔点215-217℃)。最后在氢氧化钠和甲醇的混合物中,在0℃下加碘甲烷,在20℃搅拌反应4h,产物经结晶、过滤、干燥得到嗪草酮。
用途:选择性内吸传导型除草剂,可用于大豆、马铃薯、番茄、苜蓿、豌豆、胡萝卜、甘蔗、芒笋、菠萝等地,防除多种阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草。
