性质:黑色粒状多孔固体物。按外形可分为定形颗粒活性炭和无定形颗粒活性炭两种,比表面积在500~1400m2/g之间。定形颗粒活性炭的制法,是将炭质如无烟煤粉碎成粉末,与焦油或胶黏剂混合,在挤压机上成型,然后在850~900℃高温下用蒸气、二氧化碳或烟道气活化,最后洗净、干燥得成品。颗粒活性炭耐酸、耐碱、耐热,具有良好的化学稳定性和机械强度,是最常用的吸附剂。主要用于气体净化、溶剂回收、脱色、脱臭、吸附提纯、废水处理和催化剂载体等。
