性质:以铜镍合金为基加入锌配制的合金,也称锌白铜。锌白铜中加入少量的铁或锰可进一步改善合金的性能,加入1.6%~2.0%Pb,可显著改善合金的切削性能。工业上应用最广的锌白铜有Cu15Ni20Zn、Cu17Ni18Zn1.8Pb等。锌白铜具有良好的耐蚀性、较高的强度、优良的加工性及焊接性能,广泛用于制造耐蚀弹性结构件及其他耐蚀结构件。
