性质:无色或淡黄色油状液体。熔点6-7℃,沸点205-210℃(2kPa),相对密度0.8489(20/4℃),折光率1.4606。溶于乙醇、乙醚,不溶于水。加热时有刺激性烟雾。

制备方法:将油酸乙酯和无水乙酸混合,快速加入金属钠片,反应剧烈进行。反应缓和后再加无水乙醇,加热至金属钠完反应。然后加水回流1h,使未反应的油酸乙酯发生皂化。冷却后,用乙醚提取,中和洗涤、干燥后蒸去乙醚,旱灾行减压分馏,收集150-152℃(0.133kPa)馏分,即为油醇。收率约50%。

用途:用于制造去垢剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、金属切消的润滑剂、增塑剂和织物的滑柔剂。
