性质:采用了动态全硫化技术制备出来的目前最先进的聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体,与一般的聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体相比,它在常温下被环已烷萃取出的橡胶量很少,一般可少于3%,它的橡胶相的交联密度大于5×10-5mol/cm3,在微观相形态上,一般的聚烯烃类热塑性弹性体可因聚烯烃和橡胶的相对含量不同而呈不同结构,而热塑性硫化橡胶的微观相形态由于在熔融共混过程中,高度硫化交联的橡胶相被剪切成1~5μm微细粒子的,分散在聚烯烃基质中构成分散相,与橡胶相含量多少无关。橡塑两相微区既呈分离状态又有一定的联接形式,这些都使它具有很多优越性能,使其在更多方面和热固性弹性体相接近,而又有热塑性质,成为对热固性弹性体最强有力的竞争品种。
