性质:  将蒸气相基体隔离荧光法与冷冻溶液史坡勒斯基法相结合的一种低温荧光法。用基体隔离法将样品分子稀释分散在正构烷烃溶剂的蒸气中,再沉积在11~15K低温表面上,测定前加热到溶剂的特征温度数分钟进行“退火”,使其转变成类晶型后,再降低温度到11~15K,然后进行荧光测定。此法兼具有冷冻溶液史坡勒斯基法高分辨率和蒸气相基体隔离法精密度高、工作曲线线性范围宽的特点。
