【制作过程】
西谷米盛入碗用冷水浸泡一香蕉去皮，切成指甲大小的片待用。炒锅洗净加水煮沸，倒入西谷米，小火煮至无白心时加白糖，沸起撇去泡沫。淀粉用水调糊，入锅勾薄芡，下香蕉，搅匀起锅盛入汤碗，撒上玫瑰花瓣和糖桂花即成。
