Using the natural core of Sadong transition area, the basic properties and sensitivity are analysed.

To conduct research into development plan of oil displacement by hot water injection in Sabei intermediate zone,Daqing oil field, with mathematical model of high pour point crude,the result shows that to develop high pour point oil reservoir by injection of hot water is better than that of cold water, and thus solves the problem of pressure jump caused by wax precipitating near the injector.
