性质:是以铝塑薄膜黏合的复合材料制成软管的机器。主要有两种型式:(1)瑞士AISA公司的SAESA  80~150型,由卷管和装肩上盖两个部分组合成一体,卷管是连续的,以高频感应焊接,焊成的长管不断向前推进,迅速分割成规定长度的管筒,然后与预制好的管头和管肩用高频热焊,装配成管身,最后旋上帽盖,即成复合材料软管;(2)KMK公司LTM/THET 70~160型,卷管机和注头机是分列的,通过天桥式的通道组成生产线,将复合材料片材卷成管状,随即用高频热成管身,管身经通道进入注头机,管头由热焊塑料浇注,同时利用浇注热量与管身黏合,然后旋上帽盖即成。
