性质:又称均衡成型法或袋塑成型法(bag moulding)。用流体压力代替一般常用压机来成型聚四氟乙烯制品的冷加工方法。利用高压流体迫使不渗透的弹性膜膨胀或压缩,使留在弹性膜与模壁间的聚四氟乙烯树脂均匀地、有规地受压,成为各种所需形状的预成型品。弹性膜可采用天然橡胶袋或乳胶袋。高压流体可以是气体(叫气压法)或液体(叫液压法)。广泛使用的是以水作为高压流体的液压法。根据弹性膜和金属模具有相对位置,液压法又可分为内压法(干袋法,dry bag method),弹性膜在模具内,适宜于加工外周要求光洁的制品;外压法(湿袋法,wet bag method),弹性膜置于压力室内,袋中放芯模,聚四氟乙烯树脂填充在芯模和弹性膜之间,液压施于压力室和弹性膜之间而使其成型,宜于加工内部要求光洁的制品。优点是成型设备和模具结构简单,投产快,操作方便,制品受压均匀。
