On the basis of a 3D flow numerical simulation by Fluent for melt and gauge stage compound of cold-feed pin barrel extruder,the effects of screw’s rotating speed,upward pressure,pin’s count,array pitch of pins and flight channel depth on flow mass and torsion were investigated.
