Based on the annotation of coupling between urbanization and eco-environment,the rule curve has been deduced by combining "S" curve of urbanization growth and inverse "U" curve of eco-environment changing,and the coupling rules of China been tested and the causes been explained.
研究表明:(1)生态环境随城市化发展呈现出着先恶化、后改善的不规则倒U型耦合规律,但该规律曲线只是它们实际耦合的一种演变趋势;(2)1985~2005年间,中国工业废水排放量与城市化水平耦合表现出先倒U型和后U型的阶段特征,而这种特征曲线正是技术进步、产业结构高级化、人们环保意识的增强以及经济增长的压力等因素综合作用的结果。

According to the basic coupling characteristics and temporal rule between regional urbanization and eco-environment,the coupling rules between urbanization level and "three waste discharges" in Jiangsu have empirically been tested and the mechanisms have theoretically been explained.
对江苏省城市化与生态环境耦合规律的研究显示:①江苏省各个环境压力要素和城市化耦合的规律与特征相差很大,其影响的主要原因也不完全相同,不仅呈现出“U”型、倒“U”或“N”型规律,还表现出阶段性特征,所以实际中的耦合规律曲线就更为复杂,不再是简单“U”或倒“U”型,而是它们的复合;②只有广义技术进步的速度达到或超过经济总量增长速度时,城市化与环境压力要素耦合的倒“U”型曲线才可能形成,所以工业技术进步、产业结构转换和不同环境政策以及经济增长的压力等可以解释这些规律形成的内在机制。

In order to keep away from the deficiency of ESD theory and the unfit test tools for ESD radio field,a homemade PCB with certain function is used as the electronic system under test in this paper,and try to research the energy coupling rules between the system and ESD through the electrical parameter of the system under test and electrostatic discharge voltage.
这在实验方法上是个创新,以前很多研究都是从静电放电的瞬态过程及其辐射场上来研究电子系统的耦合规律的,但受条件的限制,这方面的研究并不全面和完善。
