Through the improvement on casting process, the horizontal tilting metal mould casting technique has been adopted to produce Al alloy pressure-tight shells.

The practical structure of die casting mould with the rotational automatic thread demoulding for shell parts, the calculation of mode locking force and the process parameters were presented.

Based on movement analysis about working process of the rotator of the anti-rotating mixer, a reasonable designing method on rotator parameters and the shell shape is proposed in this power comsumption.
