硝酸纤维素 nitrocellulose 分子式。又称纤维素硝酸酯 。呈微黄色,外观像纤维。含氮量一般在10%~14%,含氮量较高的俗称火棉,较低的称胶棉。不溶于水,溶于甲醇、丙酮、冰醋酸等 ,微溶于1∶3(体积)的乙醇-乙醚混合溶剂。干燥的硝酸纤维素非常敏感,受摩擦或冲击立即爆炸。含水量对它的引爆性影响很大,含水1%~2%时瞬间可以引爆,含水7%时勉强可以爆炸,当含水量高于20%后不燃烧也不爆炸;长期暴露于日光下可发生分解。 硝酸纤维素由纤维素(如棉纤维、木浆等)经不同配比的浓硝酸和浓硫酸的混合酸处理制得。火棉可用于制造无烟火药和胶质火药等,使用时爆炸点为195~205℃。胶棉可用于制塑料和喷漆,也用于电工技术、照相和电镀等方面。 |
