聚脲 polyureas 主链含桸HCO桸H椊峁沟ピ囊焕嗑酆衔铩>垭宓男灾Ê与聚酰胺、聚酯、聚氨酯相近,但熔点较高,一般在 250℃以上,结晶度也较大,这是因为分子间形成较聚酰胺和聚氨酯更多的氢键。以上几种相似聚合物若碳原子数相同时,其熔点次序为:聚脲>聚酰胺>聚氨酯>聚酯。除了少数强极性溶剂如二甲基亚砜、浓硫酸外,其他溶剂很难溶解它。聚脲在熔融温度附近易发生热分解,因此限制了它的加工性能及应用范围。 聚脲可由二胺与二异氰酸酯或尿素聚合而成。 聚亚壬基脲是代表性的聚脲高分子。由壬二胺与尿素缩合制备,其性质与聚酰胺(如耐纶6)相似 ,可以熔融纺丝,熔融温度230~235℃,密度较小(1.066克/厘米3),具有良好的耐热性、染色性和耐腐蚀性,纤维抗拉强度0.0441~0.0539牛顿/旦,伸长率23%,适宜制造渔网和针织品。 |
